Project in Teckomatorp

Roof - our task is to replacement of roof cover including isolation works, demolition of chimneys, setting up roof windows in both buildings, changing profile of the roof - roof pitch will be changed from one to two surfaces with two different decreases and covering by wooden cover the entrance terrace and part of main terrace.

Facade/Outside walls - our task is strengthening and isolating walls outside including new facade plaster We are also replacing part of old foundations where it is needed and setting up new windows and doors.

Before

	All facade is dirty and cracked. There is no thermal insulation. As plaster was made from cement it is not nice color and you can see discoloration and damp patches. We are going to put full thermal insulation with acrylic plaster - white color, fully resistant to weather conditions and washable, imported directly from Poland. This means saving in material costs for our Client

After

	The main walls were twisted so bad that there was 15 cm difference from one end of the wall to another. Right now it is straight. Windows and doors are imported from Poland. They are made from wood, double glass layer, custom made. All glazing is U rate=1,1 W/m2K, low “e” glass which help stop the loss of heat from home. Our Client will reduce future heating costs

Inside of the house - it looks worse than outside but we love to be challenged. Our jobs are to increasing height of ground floor, total remodeling of the inside (we leave only main walls) by destroying old and building new walls for new rooms on ground level and attic, building new stairs, building fireplace, making new floor, setting up electricity, plumbing and floor heating system, interior finish works - including laying down parquet, glazing, painting, new inside plasters

	Only weak old stairway lead upstairs, what is worst they face main entrance - it is not the best solution

After

	There are two main stairs leading to attic. Stairs leading from living room to the guest bedrooms. We joint three old, dark and tight rooms into one spacious bright family living room

Complex land development - as our Client were happy with our services we continue our cooperation and got new task - to do complex land development plan. Our company civil engineer planed and we build new drive way, parking area and we done gardening works. There was a lot of work with hard machines like bobcat and vibrating machine which we borrowed from Dennis.
