loddegopinge Project in Löddeköpinge 

As it is winter time we focused on internal finish work. Our job was to totally redo bathroom including tiling, painting, doing new heating system and plumbing work. We were also “refreshing” three rooms by fixing the walls including painting and laying new wooden floor.

We were facing renovation of old farm buildings. To get this Client we had to present him with good offer as there was high competition. As we know both Polish and Swedish markets we were able to present Clients with attractive prices for materials, proper warranty and insurance conditions so finally we made a deal.

Redoing of roof in Teckomatorp - We got new project - redoing of 480 m2 of roof cover on apartment building in Teckomatorp.

So after long negotiations and final acceptance of our construction design we are facing new project. Renovation of two old building, they are from 1870, in Skane, Sweden. It will be a lot of work to give them new nice looking "face" to them.

We got new project – this time as a subcontracting company. Swedish company - general contractor had shortage of people and deadline on the neck so he decide to use us as fast, reliable and attractive in price solutions. Place of the project was close by Malmo so we had chance to little sightseeing.

We have been asked to brought more light to new flat on attic. The easiest way is to install roof windows. Well, like always.....you want it, we do it! It was little challenging because of span of rafters – they were very close so we were short with space but we did it.
